Data controller

The controller is Посохов Андрей Сергеевич, a self-employed professional registered for Russian professional income tax, taxpayer number (INN) 235803444984. For data processing enquiries, contact info@webrf.ru.

Information we receive

The form asks for one reply contact: an email address, phone number or Telegram username. You may also select the project category, type and platform and describe your task. Please do not include passwords, payment details, health information or other people’s personal data without a basis for sharing it.

The enquiry also records an identifier, submission time, language, page, button location, available campaign tags, the fact of consent and the consent version. The server processes technical request information, including the network address, to operate and protect the site. Technical logs are not intended to store your contact or message.

Purpose and basis

We use your contact and description to respond, clarify your requirements, discuss a possible solution and prepare an initial estimate. Source information helps us understand where enquiries come from. Form data is not published or used for marketing mailings.

Enquiries are processed on the basis of your separate consent. If a contract is concluded, processing required to perform that contract or meet legal duties may have a separate legal basis.

Processing and service providers

Processing includes collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, correction, use, necessary access, restriction, deletion and destruction. Some steps are automated; others are performed by the controller when handling the enquiry.

Enquiries are stored on the WEBRF server in Beget infrastructure in Russia. Notifications are sent to info@webrf.ru using REG.RU mail infrastructure. Providers process data as needed for hosting, storage and email delivery. Access to enquiries is restricted, and mail credentials are never sent to your browser.

If you choose to open Telegram or write through your own mail application, the selected service’s rules also apply. The contents of your form draft are not automatically shared with those services.

Retention and deletion

The technical copy in the website database is retained for up to 180 days after submission and then deleted. Database backups are retained for up to 30 days, so deleted information may remain in a backup until it expires. Deletion requirements are reapplied following a backup restoration.

Email notifications and subsequent correspondence are used to handle the enquiry and discuss the project. The controller deletes them when their purpose is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn, unless there is another lawful basis for retention.

Website analytics

The website uses Yandex Metrica to understand visits and actions, including page views, contact dialog openings, contact link clicks and successful form submissions. The service may use cookies and technical visit information. Your contact and free-text description are not included in form event parameters. Blocking analytics does not prevent you from submitting an enquiry.

Your requests

You may request information about processing, correction, restriction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent by emailing info@webrf.ru. Include the contact used in your enquiry and its identifier if available. The controller may request information needed to verify that the enquiry belongs to you.

Requests are handled within the periods provided by applicable Russian legislation. You may also contact the competent data protection authority or a court. The current policy is available on this page.
