Controller and purpose

By selecting the separate consent checkbox and submitting the form on webrf.ru, I voluntarily consent to the processing of my submitted data by Посохов Андрей Сергеевич, a self-employed professional, taxpayer number (INN) 235803444984, for responding to my enquiry, clarifying requirements, discussing a solution and preparing an initial estimate. Data covered

My reply contact (email address, phone number or Telegram username), selected project category, type and platform, information in the description, and the enquiry identifier, time, language, submission page and source, available campaign tags, consent record and consent version. Optional information is processed only if I provide it.

Processing operations

Consent covers collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, correction, use, necessary access, restriction, deletion and destruction by automated and manual means. Beget infrastructure in Russia and REG.RU mail infrastructure are used to host the form, store enquiries and deliver notifications.

This consent does not authorize publishing my data or sending marketing mailings.

Duration and withdrawal

Consent remains valid until the processing purpose is fulfilled or I withdraw it. The technical database copy is kept for up to 180 days, and database backups for up to 30 days, as described in the policy.

I may withdraw consent by emailing info@webrf.ru, identifying the reply contact used in my enquiry and its identifier if available. Processing then stops and data is deleted within the statutory periods unless another lawful basis applies.
